Based on the frequency characteristics of the noise source, we will design a soundproof structure that achieves a high sound absorption effect. 【Construction Achievement 1: Noise Countermeasures for MVA Transformers】 ■ Noise Reduction Measures: Before measures 104.2 dB(A) on the substation side ⇒ After measures below 45 dB(A) at the boundary line ■ Purpose: Due to the change in the land use surrounding the substation (from industrial area to residential area), the noise standard values became stricter, and noise countermeasures were implemented to meet the noise standard values at the boundary line. 【Construction Achievement 2: Noise Countermeasures for Material Supply Equipment】 ■ Noise Reduction Measures: Noise reduction effect of 28.6 dB (Before measures 117.0 dB(A) ⇒ After measures 88.4 dB(A)) ■ Purpose: The noise generated by the material supply equipment for casting was very loud, especially the collision sounds between metals during material input, which reached up to 117 dB.
